FGE Engineering, Inc. is a 15 years old engineering firm specializing in the design and preparation of plans & specification package for natural gas pipeline construction projects. We help our clients in the acquisition of right of way utility permits from governmental agencies such as Department of Transportations, Water Management Districts, and local governments, as well as railroad companies. Our engineering services capabilities also include preparation of design plans for natural gas pipeline gate stations, as well as preparation of as-built drawings. Gerard Moliere is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida. Prior to joining FGE Engineering, Inc. in July 2016 where he currently works as a design consultant helping clients acquire right of way utility permit for natural gas pipeline, he worked for the Florida Department of Transportation District One office for 31 years with 15 of them serving as District Structures Design Engineer responsible for the design of category 1 bridges and miscellaneously structures. He graduated from the Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, and holds certificates in Leadership and Management Academy from FDOT. He is a 2009 recipient of the Bridge Engineering Award Honoring Bill Dean from the Florida Department of Transportation. He is currently working on several utility right of way permit projects for natural gas pipeline extension, and recently completed the CR 525E project which involves a CSX crossing, the US Highway 301 gas pipeline extension project which required a FDOT permit, as well as the CR 468 project in Sumter County. Gerard Moliere resides now in Lakeland, Florida.
